Here you can read what we record, how long we keep it, and how you can access it yourself. What is not stated here can be found in the privacy statement.
What we record
We record what you yourself provide for your chain file: data needed to answer questionnaires from your bank or insurer. We do not read questionnaires ourselves and do not log into third-party portals.
How briefly we keep it
Your file remains in place as long as you use it. If you stop your subscription or request deletion of your data, we delete it.
How it is stored
Your data is stored in your own file, separate from other customers. Only you and, if you enable it, someone you yourself grant access to, can see the file.
View, download or delete your data yourself
You can view and download your file at any time. If you want us to delete your data, we will do so upon your request.
