One supply chain file, every questionnaire out of it: from official text to understandable answer
You upload the questionnaire from your bank or insurer, and the answers come from your own file.
You upload the questionnaire
A bank or insurer asks you to fill in a questionnaire, for example during onboarding. You put that list in our system. It can be a PDF or a link to your bank's or insurer's portal.
The system recognizes the questions
Our system reads which questions are in the list. It compares those questions with the answers already in your chain file. This way you quickly see which questions have already been answered before.
You get a proposal for each question
For each question you see a proposed answer, with the source included. If there is no source for a question, that question remains open. We never fill in anything without a fact behind it.
You confirm with yes or no
You go through the proposals and confirm each answer yourself, with yes or no. This way you remain in control of what is submitted.
You submit to the bank yourself
You transfer the confirmed answers to your bank's or insurer's portal. We never log in there and never submit anything on your behalf.
What happens after that
Your chain file remains. With the next questionnaire, from the same bank or a different one, you do not start over.
If something changes in your situation, you adjust that once in the file. The next questionnaire automatically uses the new version.
Supplia helps SMEs by making reliable information available. But how do we ensure that information is correct and remains correct? This goes far beyond writing once and calling it done.
At Supplia, we work with a single chain file. This means that every information source we use – for example, a legal regulation, a government guideline, or an official format – is registered centrally. This way we know exactly where a piece of information comes from and can fall back on that source when something changes or is disputed. Writing once generates multiple questionnaires and articles from that same file. This not only saves time; it ensures consistency.
Our editorial team always starts with the official source. We read regulations, circulars and guidelines in full. Next, we rewrite this in clear Dutch, without jargon but also without leaving out anything that matters. We check every statement against the original. Only then are articles published.
But we don't stop after publication. We regularly scan our sources again. Does the law change? Then that is immediately apparent and we can adapt our content. We do this continuously, so you always work with current information.
This system only works if we take it seriously. That is why we have chosen a single chain file: transparency and traceability. You can always see which source stands behind information. And for us this applies: nothing published without that link. That makes Supplia reliable and gives SMEs certainty in their business.
